AYSO REGION 177 CORE FALL PROGRAM

The fall (core) soccer program is designed to be a fun program for players of all ages, experience levels, and skills. Jamboree and playground programs are designed for our younger players and run in the fall season. We also have a VIP / EPIC program for our special needs players. We want your child to understand & enjoy soccer, learn to play “the beautiful game” through the six principles of AYSO: everyone plays, balanced teams, positive coaching, good sportsmanship, player development, open registration for all.

Fall Season (September - November)

Fall season is our primary soccer season.

Registration Instructions for Both New & Returning Players:

1. Go to: https://www.ayso177.org/ (new players create a login & returning players sign in)
2. Complete the application, pay special attention to your email address. (We are corresponding important information by email, but do not use it for any other purpose; nor do we share it.)
3. Pay your fees online, until the fees are paid you are not officially registered. 

Buddy Requests:

• 1 friend request (only players for U5 (Schoolyard) and U6, this is not a guarantee):
• Practices are at the sole discretion of the coach and are determined before the coach receives their team.
• We cannot take requests for practice days or times.
• We cannot take buddy requests except for U5 and U6 divisions.

If you would like to determine your practice day and time, you will need to volunteer as head coach. A head coach can determine their practice day and time. They also can pick an assistant coach. The coach and assistant coach's kids are on the same team.

How Do You Determine In Which Age Group a Child Will Play?

AYSO divisions are based on gender and birth year (January - December). MY2025 is the season from August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026.

• A coach can request an assistant coach but both must list each other on the volunteer interest form here, then complete the volunteer application and background in Sports Connect. You must also receive proper certification/training for that age group.

• No requests from 2019 and older players are accepted. 
• You should expect to hear from coaches in mid to late July. Practices may begin as early as August 4, or as late as the last week of August.
• Teams may begin practicing August 4 (it is ok to still go on vacations if planned for the summer).
• Games for 2013-2019 start Saturday, September 6, 2025 and ends Saturday, October 25, 2025.
• Most U10/U12 teams will play in the Belmont Cup through Nov 9.
• All Star teams will have additional commitments that may last through February 2026. This will be an invitational program and is NOT mandatory.
• Games for 2012 and older may start as early as Saturday, August 23, 2025 and ends Saturday, November 8, 2025.
• Playoffs for advancing teams may play thru 12/7/25.
• 2021 Schoolyard starts Saturday, September 6, 2024 and ends Saturday, November 8, 2024.
• Playground 2022 starts Friday, September 5, 2025 - Friday, October 31, 2025. This is a Friday night ONLY program from 5:30-6:30pm.
• EPIC/ VIP starts Saturday, September 13, 2025- Saturday, November 1, 2025.

Refund Policy (Revised for Fall 2025):

• Blue Sombrero/Sports Connect service fee and national fee are non-refundable.
• Full refund until July 1st (except nonrefundable items, e.g., Blue Sombrero service fee and national fee)
• $50 refund until July 15th
• No refunds after July 15th since teams have already been formed
